She began her career at Bradesco in 2001, where she worked as a Relationship Manager until 2008. She later joined Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, focusing on Private Banking client coverage. In 2024, she joined BWAG to support the firm’s commercial activities. She holds a Law degree from USF and is an ANBIMA CPA-20 certified professional.

Claudia Aparecida Oliveira de Genaro

She has over 30 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, having built her career at Banco Bradesco S.A. She held strategic roles advising Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, with a focus on sophisticated and highly complex wealth structures. She played a key role in the establishment of Bradesco Global Clients (BGC) and Bradesco Global Private Bank, and also held positions within Bradesco Asset Management, Portfolio Administration, and Custody and Financial Services. She is a Certified Accountant and holds an MBA in Capital Markets from the University of São Paulo (USP) – FIPECAFI.
She has over 30 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, having built her career at Banco Bradesco S.A. She spent 32 years at Bradesco, including the last 15 years within the Private Banking division, serving as an Assistant Relationship Manager and supporting the commercial team in client servicing activities. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Guarulhos and a degree in Financial Management from Universidade Unicid.

Flavio Sender
Founding Partner and Director at BWAG
He held senior leadership roles at Bradesco Private Bank, serving as Regional Manager and Head of the Investment Division. His career began at Banco BCN, where he developed international experience in New York and in Private Banking.He holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, is ANBIMA CEA certified, and is a licensed Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor regulated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
